Every day we get asked questions about how to shop at Optimus Protein or questions about the different products we supply, so we thought we'd put down some of our most frequently asked questions to hopefully help you out ....
Q. How can I shop at Optimus Protein website?
A. There are a number of ways to shop.Probably the easiest is to look at the products section and find the type of product that you are after, e.g. Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate, Oats, etc. If you're unsure of what type of product you want ,but know what you want to achieve with your training then look at the Goals section where you can look at products that will help you Build Muscle and Strength for example.
Q.How do I buy a product on the Optimus Protein site?
A. It's really easy.Find the product you're looking for choose the quantity, size and flavour(where applicable) and click Add to Basket. If you want to continue shoopping then you can.If not then press Proceed to Checkout where you will be asked for your personal details which will include you telling us a user name and password. Once you have registered with us once then you'll never have to do that again.
Q.How do I redeem an Optimus Protein Voucher Code?
A.At the checkout stage type in your Voucher Code on the left hand side and click Redeem Voucher. A message will appear above it when you have typed it in tell you if the voucher has been redeemed successfully. Proceed to the checkout where you will see the discount has been calculated.
Q.What happens with my personal details?
A.Optimus Protein will never sell on your details nor do we work with any third parties.Your personal details will remain safe and secure.We may,however,include you in our weekly newsletter that will tell you of different offers and news.This can be opted out of at any time
Q.Can I use my work address for delivery?
A.You can use any delivery address that is convenient for you.All orders need to be signed for so make sure that there is someone in to accept the delivery.
Q.What happens if I miss the delivery?
A.Our courier will leave you a card to tell you they've been. Simply phone the number on the card quoting the consignment number (again found on the card) and you can re arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If you can't find your consignement number then get in touch and we will track your parcel for you.
Q.What time will my order be delivered?
A.At the moment we don't offer timed deliveries, so can only tell you that it'll be from 8am to 5pm.If you've not received your order or had a card from the courier then email us on email@example.com and we will investigate for you.
Q.What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
A.Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org . We'll then take the appropriate steps to replace the product if applicable. Please read the Terms and Conditions.
Q.Why are your products reasonably priced ?
A.Simple, because we don't believe in ripping people off! We buy all our ingredient straight from the suppiler so we miss out the middle man and pass on the savings to you, the customer.
