If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase then you must inform us in writing or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your request for a refund or replacement is approved then you will be required to return the Product(s) to our contact address in its original condition. This must be done within 7 days of purchase in order to qualify for a refund or a replacement.
In the event that you have purchased unwanted Products, i.e. non faulty, and want to exchange the Product(s) or apply for a refund then we are not liable to pay for the collection of the Product(s). It is recommended that the returned Product(s) is done so via recorded delivery. We accept no responsibility nor will offer any refund or exchange for returned Product(s) failing to reach us.
If your purchase is delivered and has been damaged, we have sent the wrong Product(s) or it is defective in any way then you must inform us in writing or email email@example.com within 48 hours. We will pay for the collection and arrange for a replacement Product(s) or a refund.
If you return a Product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (referred to in the terms and conditions of sale), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to us.
Please note that we do not issue refunds if the Product(s) has been opened. It must remain in a resealed condition with no damage to the pouch, container, lid, seal or label.
Please ensure that you do not return any product without informing us.
Returns can take up to 10 working days to process.
