Orders received before 2 pm will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2 pm on a Friday and during the entire weekend, will be despatched the next working day, Monday. Deliveries will be made between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Delivery charge is £4.95 for next day mainland UK and your order will be delivered the next working day as standard (98% of deliveries arrive next day). For an economy delivery (mainland UK) the charge is £2.99 and is usually delivered within 3 working days.
Saturday deliveries are available at £14.00 and orders must be placed before 2pm on a Friday to ensure Saturday delivery.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be charged at £14 for a next day service or £6.99 for a 3 - 5 day delivery.
Deliveries made outside of mainland UK (e.g. Jersey) and the Islands (e.g. Shetland Islands) will be charged at £14.00 and will take 3 – 4 days dependent on the remoteness of destination.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
1. How do I track my order?
When you order has been despatched we will send you an email to let you know that your order has been despatched and also a tracking number and website in which to track it.
2. If I choose free delivery when will my order get here?
With orders that have opted for free delivery get processed through our 2-3 day delivery service. We will email you when your order has been despatched with a tracking reference and a link to the delivery courier website.
3. My order has been delivered and it's damaged. What do I do now?
If your order has been damaged in any way then please email us a photograph of how the order has arrived with you. Our email address is email@example.com. Once we have that then we can arrnage a replacement to be despatched at no cost to you. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED ORDER BEFORE WE HAVE AGREED TO REPLACE IT.
4. I wasn't at home when the courier tried to deliver my order. What do I do?
The courier will have left a card to let you know that they have attempted delivery. Just phone the number on the car quoting your tracking reference. If your tracking reference isn't on the car it will be on the email confirmation from us.
